Qualifications
Love and passion for children and the Childcare industry
Support Oriented Personality
Patient. Kind. Intuitive. Teachable.
Applicable Newborn / Childcare Training and Experience or willingness to obtain
Professional resume
Able to make at least a 1 year commitment (unless applying for a job otherwise stated)
Relevant job history
Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Screening
Legal authorization to work in Canada
CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain / renew prior to hire)
High-school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
3 professional references (excluding family, friends, coworkers, and non-related experience)
